Any Delivery speed is approximate and calculated after order processing. We are located in Tennessee (Central US) so our distribution is pretty fast to most states,but our orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please note, any merchandise that is refused at delivery will be refunded less the amount of return shipping. Please review our return policy for additional information about returns.

If you call after hours, please leave a message with our answering service and we will return your call the next business day. Second day deliveries must have matching shipping and billing addresses for security purposes.

Please Note: We recommend you ship your order to your billing address, otherwise your order could be delayed due to processing. If you choose to ship your order to another address besides your billing address you will be contacted by our Fraud Prevention Department before your order can be shipped out to verify the order and Card Info. Customer Service Dept
For international orders, we use International Checkout. We do not ship directly to the customer. To order internationally, simply add your selected items to the cart and go to checkout. On the checkout page, there will be a button that reads "International Checkout." This button will take you to the International Checkout page where you can place international orders.
We charge a 10% restocking fee on refunds, Exchanges are FREE but customer must pay return shipping back to our warehouse and we ship out again for FREE. Currently customers must pay return shipping on items that are returned for exchange or refund. (Note Refunds are charged a 10% Restock Fee),
We recommend you use a traceable shipping service to return your product, like UPS/FedEx or Priority Mail. Other shipping methods are at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost packages that customers mail back to our location.
Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. (Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds or exchanges to be processed and depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your account to be credited).
In the package, include a copy of the packing slip along with your order number. Also include a note detailing whether you want a refund or what you want to exchange the product for. If there is no information with the package, we will be unable to process the return.
Please do not put the shipping label directly on the package. The package must be wrapped first. There is a $10 Re-Boxing Fee for original boxes damaged with tape and/or labels put directly on the box.
